WINTER PHOTO CHALLENGE WEEK 14 – TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY

So for this challenge I will probably try again when it's not so wintery as I was hoping for a little more light but happy with the results. These were taken out in the front of my house. We have gotten more than a foot of snow.

I had a couple of ideas on how I was going to execute this challenge. The first one I did, did not turn out well at all. I was discouraged but tried again with something else and am very happy with the results. I don't get to play with my dolls much.

Week 11: Free Lensing

This week the challenge was free lensing. I had an idea of what I wanted but was surprised with the results.

This was the result taking the lens off the camera. It took work moving things around to get anything in focus but love the results.

This week we used reflectors. I took this in my home studio with a flash and reflector.

Week 8: Bokeh

A little late with this post, the holidays have been crazy but had fun with this one. I will have to do this again.

Week 7 Light Painting

While this was fun it was much harder than it looks. I have learned many techniques that I want to try out more. The kids definitely want to do this more.

Week 5: Nightscape

This was a challenge due to the weather and the clouds. It was super cold tonight but I noticed we had clear sky so I decided to try.

Week 4: Prisms

This one was more challenging than I thought it would be. I need to get a longer prism and work with the prism some more. 

Week 3 Winter Photo Challenge: Rembrandt Triangle

I snagged my oldest son this week to be my model. I had to steel him away from mine craft for a little bit but he was happy to help me. 

Golden Hour

So this week it seemed every time I went outside all there was in the sky was clouds and more clouds. This afternoon the sun broke through the clouds.
